April Showers...Literally!

Well, it's been a while since I've written so hopefully I can catch you up on all that's going on in my life. First, the house hunting is continuing tomorrow...all DAY! We have about 8 places to check out on top of the 2 we saw today. It's getting on my nerves even more (my eyelid is twitching because I am so stressed). Anyway, KeKe's ballet was cancelled this week for Spring Break...really, who cancels a weekly 45 minute ballet class for Spring Break for 3 yr olds that have no clue what Spring Break even is? Whatever! Maybe that should be my new word...WHATEVER!!! I am sounding like a whining 13 yr old but at this time...I don't care. I am stressed and tired all the time. I am really afraid we will not find a house before the weather gets hot and I HATE moving in the hot Carolina heat! Oh, which brings me to my other headache...the April showers. It has been raining about every other day here and is to be raining every other day for the next week. If our local weather guys say NC is in a drought, I may have to send them an ugly email to remind them of all the freaking rain we have seen lately.

Sorry about venting but I need somewhere to release all this stress. My hubby is not interested in hearing it and my little girl isn't old enough to understand it, so I am putting it on here. I can't wait for things to settle down but I am anxious to get moved and get grounded so we can raise KeKe in OUR own house and give her the pink room she soooo badly wants. Oh, we are going to see a place tomorrow that is priced way below our budget and we are praying that it's not too much of a fixer upper so we can make that one our next HOME.

Moving on to something else...I am so happy that this is Easter weekend. I am off tomorrow and Sunday we are going to Greenville, NC to visit some of my family and do the traditional Easter Egg Hunt. I haven't been there in years so I am a bit nervous to see some of the family but excited too. Happy Easter everyone!!!
